Hello, I'm Gary Mckay, I do it all, there is nobody else. If you're looking for that 2 man crew that normally comes out with those very unfriendly franchise companies it just isn't going to happen. I'm a hands on micro manager since service quality is required in this industry, otherwise there is no client base just one time customers.
I started my company in 1994 part time & went full time in 1996 when I retired from the United States Navy. I have used and still use every method out there, I have almost every cleaning system there is and I can honestly bring to you that experience of knowing what works & what doesn't work. I can also bring to you the safest cleaning possible since I have worked with almost every chemistry in this industry. I was Chief Boatswains mate and I never was good at blowing smoke but just telling you how it is and how it will be. This is why when I tell you that 98% of all of my work will be done by Truck Mount Steam Cleaning it is for a very good reason: it's the only way to clean carpet! This is why I use it.

Since cleaning for your health is very important, Fast Dry goes hand in hand with that as far as I'm concerned. Since my job is to clean your carpets and that is all I can really do, I have absolutely no control over your carpet pad. In many cases, the carpet pad is the place where all those spills have went. Those spills could be anything from pet urine to even your last carpet cleaning event that was really just a giant soaking. In the case of spills, they are down there, in the case of soaked carpets from a sloppy carpet cleaner, well let's say possibly all that soap & dirt was blasted down into the pad, this goes for those home carpet cleaning machines too that leave so much dirty liquid in the carpet & eventually goes into the pad. Very typically these things will all wick back to the top of the carpet while it is soaked. For this reason I like to use our Flash Dry Service on every job to ensure your carpets are dry to the touch and nothing will wick from the pad.
